Color accuracy doesn’t matter that much when using Pro Tools, but if you plan on doing Graphic Design on the sideline then this can be really useful. Running an emulation does mean that you have a bit of performance drop, but even despite that, it manages to perform on an equal footing when compared to an i7 running it natively. That just goes to show that similar problems will arise whenever there is a change in architecture.
